I'm logged into the app but can't access content

GO access is tied to your email address. You can login and access GO content using any profile with the email address you subscribed with. 

To login to a different profile:

Mobile App

1. Navigate to the stacker menu
2. Click downward arrow in the top right
3. Sign-in using the email address linked to your subscription

Online

1. Click Sign Out
2. Sign-in using the email address linked to your subscription

If you can login but still cannot access GO content, there is not an active subscription associated with this email address.
